In the mountains and valleys of Lebanon, olive oil soap was never a trend. It was just soap. Cooked in kettles, cut by hand, aged on wooden racks, and used on everything from a baby's skin to a grandfather's beard.

In America, people build ten-step routines for their faces and wash the rest of themselves with detergent. Baraké exists to close that gap. We went back to the families who never stopped making soap properly and asked them to make it for you.

Baraké means blessing. It is said the Lebanese way, bah rah KAY. Lebanon is our first origin. Palestine, France, Italy and Syria are next, one at a time, each made by people who have been doing it for generations.
